Since 1986, Pamela Donner has served as a court appointed Receiver in Arizona, Colorado and California for over 400 receivership estates.
Ms. Donner started her career in Colorado Springs, CO., where she served as receiver for every major Savings & Loan in the state. In 1989, the Resolution Trust Corporation was formed and she became the first Minority Woman-Owned contractor registered in the Denver RTC office. She then went on to work for many of the RTC contractors who either purchased or “worked out” the non-performing loan portfolios.
Ms. Donner grew the business to Phoenix where she served as receiver for numerous insurance companies that had non-performing loans throughout the Valley. Ms Donner was the exclusive Receiver and Manager of REO properties for New World Life Insurance in the ‘90’s for properties in Arizona and Colorado. |

| In 1993, Ms. Donner opened a Receiver/Property Management firm based in Newport Beach, California, with 5 satellite offices through out Southern California. She was a Court Appointed Rent Receiver for a mixed portfolio valued at approximately $750 million dollars. |

Ms. Donner is known for her administrative skills, accurate reporting, and keen attention to detail. She is accessible to all parties and personally attends all court appearances. Ms. Donner is a strategist and problem solver with excellent communication and presentation skills. Ms. Donner has remained active in the real estate industry as a consultant, investor, and real estate sales agent.
She employs a staff of experienced, full charge bookkeepers and administrative personnel to assist her. She is bonded through Arizona Commercial Bonding. |
